Terms of service
Scope of these terms
These terms describe the basis on which Evo Marketing LTD discusses and provides marketing and creative services. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a paid commitment. Any accepted written proposal or service agreement defines the project and takes precedence in the event of a conflict.
Proposals and project scope
Before work starts, the parties agree the services, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, review rounds and responsibilities in writing. Additional work or changes to an approved brief require agreement on any effect on price and timing.
Fees and third-party costs
The written proposal specifies currency, applicable VAT, invoicing and payment dates. Advertising budgets, travel, talent, licences and other third-party costs are included only when the proposal expressly says so. No price or payment obligation is created by this website.
Client materials and approvals
The client supplies accurate information and materials it is entitled to use, and provides agreed feedback and approvals. Delayed inputs or a changed brief may affect delivery dates. Each party remains responsible for meeting its applicable legal obligations.
Usage rights
The project agreement specifies the rights granted in final deliverables and any conditions of transfer. Third-party assets, music, fonts, talent and stock material are subject to their respective licences. Unselected concepts and working files are included only if expressly agreed.
Performance and reporting
Marketing performance depends on factors including the offer, audience, budget, platform decisions and market conditions. No level of leads, revenue, reach or other commercial result is guaranteed. Reporting scope and indicators are agreed for each engagement.
Cancellation and disputes
Cancellation, postponement, termination and any charges are governed by the accepted written agreement and applicable law. Please raise concerns through the contact form so the parties can first try to resolve them directly. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Business and consumer engagements
Services are generally discussed in a business context. If you are acting as a consumer, tell us before accepting a proposal so that any required pre-contract information and applicable consumer rights can be addressed. These website terms do not waive those rights.
