Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, service selection and message you submit. Please only provide details relevant to your enquiry. Our website infrastructure also processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and access time, to deliver and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details to respond and, where requested, take steps before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other business correspondence and website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with enquirers and operating a secure service (Article 6(1)(f)). Records required by law are processed under Article 6(1)(c). Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.
How the form works
The form is provided by Contact Form 7. Enquiries are sent to the business’s configured email recipient. The form plugin does not itself store submitted messages in the WordPress database. Email systems may retain the resulting correspondence. No advertising pixels or analytics are included in this website design.
Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, email delivery and security providers process data as necessary to provide their services. The site uses Cloudflare for network delivery and protection. Depending on a provider’s infrastructure, processing may occur outside the EEA; applicable transfer mechanisms and provider terms govern those transfers. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. You may request information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and longer where required for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Technical logs are subject to the hosting and security providers’ retention settings. You can ask us about the retention applicable to your information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Complaints
You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection. You do not have to contact us first.
Your choices
